Berry Delicious Smoothie
Strawberries, blueberries and cranberries give this smoothie a bright lavender color, while banana and pineapple round out the flavor.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) water
- 2 medium (240 g) banana, peeled
- 2 cups (370 g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cups (100 g) frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cups (60 g) frozen cranberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
