All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
A great multipurpose flour for your gluten-free baking needs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) white rice flour
- ⅔ cup (80 g) potato starch
- ⅓ cup (40 g) tapioca starch
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 15 seconds or until ingredients are incorporated.

Use in place of regular flour 1:1 in a recipe.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds. Place the white rice flour into a mixing bowl, add the starches and stir to combine.
