All Green Smoothie Bowl
Avocado adds a silky texture to this smoothie bowl, which you can top with fresh berries, nuts, or seeds.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) almond milk , or coconut water
- 2 Tablespoon (270 g) medium avocado, pitted, peeled
- 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
- 4 Tablespoons (30 g) hemp seeds
- 4 cups (600 g) frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup (80 g) blueberries, to garnish
- 4 Tablespoons (40 g) unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish
Directions
- Place almond milk, avocado, spinach, hemp seed, and frozen mango into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute using the tamper if necessary to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Portion into bowls and top with blueberries and coconut flakes.
