Swirled Fruit & Honey Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) mango nectar
  • 3 cups (450 g) frozen peach slices, thawed
  • 3 cups (450 g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon honey [or optional]
  • TOPPING
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) oat milk [or milk alternative]
  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) vanilla soy yogurt [or low fat vanilla yogurt]
  • 2 teaspoons flax meal
  • 1 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) honey [or optional]
  • 1 ½ (180 g) frozen banana, peeled, halved

Directions

  1. Place mango nectar, peach slices, mango chunks, and honey into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, blending for 45 seconds. Use the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. Divide among serving glasses.
  3. Rinse the container. Place milk, vanilla yogurt, flax meal, honey, and frozen banana into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  4. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, blending for 45 seconds.
  5. Pour over the mixture in the serving glasses, swirling together before drinking.
