Raspberry Ice Cream

Sweet, refreshing, and the perfect end to any meal.

Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) Almond Milk [or milk alternative ]
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) Date Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ pound (680 g) frozen raspberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select the Frozen Dessert program. Start the blender and allow the program to complete, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  3. In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.

Chef's Notes

  • Taste the ice cream and if there is still a little bit of seed left, blend on high speed using the tamper for an extra 15 seconds.
