Pear Mango Avocado Baby Food
Your baby will love this fruity purée including pears, mango, and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- 1 large (225 g) pear, seeded, halved
- 1 (400 g) mango, peeled, pitted
- 1 (200 g) avocado, halved, seeded and peeled
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
