Lemon Parmesan Popcorn Seasoning

Think outside the popcorn box and season your show time snack with this Vitamix-made recipe.

Lemon Parmesan Popcorn Seasoning

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup (40 g) parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase speed to Variable 7, Blend for 15 seconds.  Mix seasoning into bowl of freshly popped popcorn.

Chef's Notes

  • Use 3/4 cup popcorn kernels, freshly popped and warm
