Jalapeno Tequila Cocktail
This syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen in smaller batches for use throughout the year.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) water
- ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 1½ Tablespoon seeded
- 1 cup (40 g) fresh basil leaves, blanched
- ½ cup (20 g) fresh cilantro leaves, packed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds. Strain.
