Citrus Juice Reset

This tasty and potent combination of ingredients can help you reset yourself and maintain healthy lifestyle choices all year long. Combine this beverage with healthy eating and plenty of hydration as part of a healthier, happier new year.

Citrus Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • ½ (575 g) pineapple, peeled, sliced
  • 4 lemons, peeled
  • 1 piece (20 g) fresh ginger root, unpeeled
  • 1 piece (20 g) fresh turmeric, unpeeled
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 90 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  3. If desired, strain for a more liquid consistency— although we prefer it just as it comes out of the container.

Chef's Notes

  • This makes plenty of juice for you to use throughout the week. Simply place into a mason jar and keep in your refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy it.
