Citrus Carrot Juice

Fresh pineapple and a lemon slice add a citrus zing to this refreshing carrot juice.

Citrus Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 6 slices (600 g) pineapple, peeled, with core
  • 4 medium (220 g) carrot, washed, halved
  • 2 slices lemon, with peel on (1/4" slices)
  • 2 cups (270 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
