Chopped Garlic
Chopping garlic and other vegetables is a breeze when you utilize your Vitamix.
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
- Place garlic into the Vitamix 8-ounce container and secure the blade base.
- Select Variable 3. Pulse 5-10 times or until desired consistency is reached.
Chef's Notes
- More garlic cloves may be added if desired to produce a larger batch of freshly chopped or minced garlic.

Directions
- Place garlic into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 6. Pulse the garlic 4 to 6 times or until desired consistency. Remove the lid and scrape down the sides as needed between pulses.

- Place garlic cloves into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 3. Pulse 5 to 10 times or until desired consistency is met.

- 1/2 cup of garlic is a minimum amount for this container.
