Blueberry and Banana Baby Food

It’s never too early to start making food that looks as great as it tastes. This vibrant purple dish is not only lovely, it’s extra delicious, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (290 g) fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoon (170 g) small bananas, peeled, halved

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds.
