Apple, Carrot, Ginger and Fennel Juice
This juice combines the power of four natural ingredients with plenty of nutritional benefits.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) apple juice
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1 medium (130 g) orange, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root
- 2 medium (240 g) carrots
- 1 cup (90 g) fennel bulb, sliced
- 1 medium (130 g) apple, cored, halved
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Switch out apple juice with coconut water or green grapes to add flavor.
