- 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) kombucha
- ice cubes, for serving
- 12 fl.oz (375 ml) flavored sparkling water, divided use
Directions
- Place strawberries, gin, St-Germain, honey and kombucha into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
- Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of the strawberry puree over each. Top each glass with 1/4 cup (60ml) of flavored sparkling water and serve immediately.
Chef's Notes
In-season strawberries should be nice and sweet, but a touch of honey helps to bring all the sweet, floral flavors in this cocktail together. Try using a raspberry or blood orange flavored kombucha to give a balanced tartness to this beverage.
