Pomegranate Orange Smoothie
Try this fresh change-of-pace drink flavored with orange, pomegranate, lime, and fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) water
- 3 medium (450 g) oranges, peeled
- 1 ½ cups (210 g) pomegranate arils
- 1 slice (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1"
- 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach
- ½ medium (90 g) beet
- 1 ½ cups (195 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
