Peachy Green Smoothie
Full of peach flavor, this smoothie perfectly masks the spinach that gives it its green hue.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) soy milk [or milk of choice]
- 2 large (400 g) apple, halved, seeded
- 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
- 4 cups (480 g) frozen peach slices
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
Feel free to swap the spinach with seasonal greens or whatever you have on hand. Try using a homemade plant-based milk, made in your Vitamix. Just search the recipe center for almond milk, oat milk, and more.
