Oatmeal Smoothie
A healthy breakfast drink with oatmeal and amaranth, sweetened with cinnamon and mango.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (960 ml) water
- 3 Tablespoons (45 g) rolled oats
- 3 Tablespoons (26 g) amaranth flour
- 1 stick cinnamon [or 1/4 teaspoon ground], 3"
- ½ (165 g) mango, peeled, seeded
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Divide between glasses and serve immediately.
