Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) water
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 cups (360 g) roasted red pepper [or canned pimientos], peeled, seeded
- 1 ⅓ cups (170 g) raw or roasted almonds, unsalted
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- ½ cup (60 g) nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
