Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) white rice
- ⅔ cup (80 g) potato starch
- ⅓ cup (40 g) tapioca starch
Directions
- Place white rice into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds
- Remove the lid plug and add the starches. Pulse 5-7 times to combine or until ingredients are incorporated.

Use in place of regular flour 1:1 in a recipe.
