Chocolate Espresso Cold Foam
Top your cold brew coffee with this amazing cold foam!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) skim milk
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds.
Chef's Notes
- Pour over a glass of iced cold brew coffee for the ultimate café drink at home.
- Mix and match your flavors by substituting other spices and powders for the espresso and cocoa.
- While skim milk foams the best, we've also found other products like Ripple alternative milks have foamed well.
- Protein content and lack of fat content is important in the foaming process.
