Coffee Skim Milk Foam
Whip up a delicious, barista-quality beverage in your own home with the help of the Aer disc.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) skim milk
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar [or optional]
- ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
- ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then slowly increase to Variable 5, blending for about 25 seconds. A thick but pourable foam should form. Serve immediately.
