Cherry, Pistachio, Cardamom kombucha Smoothie
A unique blend of flavor, with the probiotic help of kombucha.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) ginger kombucha, or any flavor
- 2 Tablespoons (25 g) pistachio nuts, toasted, shelled
- 3 dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey], pitted
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ small (60 g) frozen banana
- 1 cup (125 g) frozen peach slices, thawed
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen dark sweet cherries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute 20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
