Avocado Ranch Dressing
Avocado gives this simple dressing an extra creamy texture and adds great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk , or low fat buttermilk
- ½ (75 g) avocado, pitted, peeled
- ⅛ (20 g) small red onion, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ½ teaspoon salt, optional
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 45 seconds.
