Apple Pie Smoothie

Fresh apples, yogurt and apple pie spice make this smoothie a low-calorie indulgence. Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) Apple Juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]
  • 2 medium (300 g) apples, halved, seeded
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary.
