Apple, Carrot, Ginger and Fennel Juice

This juice combines the power of four natural ingredients with plenty of nutritional benefits.

Apple, Carrot, Ginger and Fennel Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) apple juice
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1 medium (130 g) orange, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root
  • 2 medium (240 g) carrots
  • 1 cup (90 g) fennel bulb, sliced
  • 1 medium (130 g) apple, cored, halved
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

  • Switch out apple juice with coconut water or green grapes to add flavor.
