Citrus Carrot Juice
Fresh pineapple and a lemon slice add a citrus zing to this refreshing carrot juice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 6 slices (600 g) pineapple, peeled, with core
- 4 medium (220 g) carrot, washed, halved
- 2 slices lemon, with peel on (1/4" slices)
- 2 cups (270 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
