Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) skim milk
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds.

  • Pour over a glass of iced cold brew coffee for the ultimate café drink at home.
  • Mix and match your flavors by substituting other spices and powders for the espresso and cocoa.
  • While skim milk foams the best, we've also found other products like Ripple alternative milks have foamed well.
  • Protein content and lack of fat content is important in the foaming process.
