Whisky sour de cítricos

Este coctel tradicional recibe un toque brillante y refrescante con nuestro jugo de cítricos aireado casero. Aunque aquí usamos whisky, puede elegir cualquier otro licor que le guste.

Citrus Whiskey Sour

Ingredientes

  • 1 ½ ounces (45 ml) whiskey
  • 1 ½ (45 ml) Citrus Juice
  • ¾ ounce (20 ml) simple syrup
  • ½ ounce (10 ml) egg white
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes, additional as needed for serving

Instrucciones

  1. Coloque todos los ingredientes en el recipiente del Aer™ Disc en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 8.  Blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Remove lid and strain ice if preferred.  Pour equally into glasses.

Notas del chef

  • Although whiskey sour is traditionally served without ice, this cocktail can be served either way.  This recipe can be quadrupled for a large batch to serve to guests.The Aer Disc container combines the ingredients, foams the egg whites, and chills the cocktail--all in one seamless process. Aquafaba (chickpea liquid) may be substituted out for the egg whites to make it vegan.
