  • ¾ cup (120 g) yellow mustard seeds
  • ¾ cup (120 g) brown mustard seeds
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 24 Tablespoon (180 g) pitted dates, or ¾ cup honey
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) water
  • 2¼ Tablespoon kosher salt, optional
