Mixed Nut Butter

Combine your favorite nuts to create a healthy, delicious nut butter that’s as versatile as regular peanut butter.

Mixed Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (600 g) roasted peanuts
  • 1 ½ cups (200 g) roasted pecans
  • ½ cup (70 g) roasted almonds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.   For a creamier texture blend for another 60 seconds.

  • 2 cups (300 g) roasted peanuts
  • ¾ cup (100 g) roasted pecans
  • ¼ cup (35 g) roasted almonds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.   For a creamier texture blend for another 60 seconds.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades, or until desired consistency is reached.
