Banana Avocado Drink
Sweet and creamy, this smoothie is a great way to use any extra bananas you might have in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) Almond Milk
- 2 medium (160 g) bananas, peeled
- ½ (65 g) avocado, peeled, seeded
- 2 (15 g) dates, pitted
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
