Warm Citrus Ginger Tea Smoothie
This well-rounded smoothie is warm, comfy, and spicy.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) fresh brewed lemon tea [or orange tea], warm
- 1 medium (150 g) apple, quartered, seeded
- 1 lemon, peeled
- ½ (60 g) orange
- 1 piece (5 g) fresh ginger root
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) honey
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
