Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate
Peanut butter adds a delicious twist to a favorite drink.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (960 ml) almond milk
- ½ cup (40 g) cocoa powder
- ¾ cup (120 g) peanuts, roasted unsalted [or raw]
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 (180 g) deglet noor dates, pitted
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
