Key Lime Kiwi Smoothie
Kiwi, fresh lime and pear create this citrusy-sweet green smoothie.Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- 1 lime, peeled
- 4 medium (280 g) kiwis, peeled
- 2 large (400 g) pears, halved, seeded
- 6 dates [or 1/4 cup honey, optional], pitted
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
