Ingredients

  • ½ Tablespoon nigella seeds
  • ½ Tablespoon cumin seeds
  • ¾ Tablespoon green cardamom pods
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons fennel seed
  • ¼ Tablespoon black peppercorns
  • ½ Tablespoon cloves
  • ¼ Tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 sticks cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Spice Grinding Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 25 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
