Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Dragon fruit packs this boldly-colored smoothie with vitamin C — perfect for brightening your morning and kickstarting your day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water
- 2 slices lime
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 packages (200 g) frozen pitaya
- 1 ⅓ cups (240 g) frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup (120 g) frozen strawberries
- ½ cup (80 g) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
