Ingredients
- 4 cups (550 g) unsalted roasted cashews
Directions
- Place cashews into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and allow to process for 2 minutes 30 seconds, or set timer for 2 minutes 30 seconds and start the machine, allowing it to complete the programmed cycle. Process longer if desired.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
