Chef's Notes

  • There is some serious plant power in this smoothie bowl.  Every single ingredient adds a unique combination of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to support long term health. This dish is also perfectly balanced with fiber, fat, and protein for optimal sustained energy. For an extra boost, add 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee and caffeinate your buzz. This can easily be turned into a smoothie by increasing the amount of non-dairy milk to the container.
