Trade-In-Program

Trade-in older Vitamix models and receive credit back on new full size machine purchases. Learn how easy it is to receive a trade-in credit by calling a Vitamix trade-in sales consultant at 1-800-848-2649.

Getting Started:

  1. To take advantage of the Vitamix Trade-in program, you must first purchase a regularly priced new full size or reconditioned machine directly from Vitamix by calling 1-800-848-2649.
  2. Your sales consultant will send you a Trade-in Voucher with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions to complete the trade-in process.
  3. Once you receive your Trade-in Voucher, follow their instructions to complete the trade-in process.
  4. Vitamix will issue your refund ($100 U.S./$150 Canada) upon receipt of your old machine when accompanied by your Trade-in Voucher.

Already purchased a machine?

  1. If you are within 90 days of your machine purchase, you can still take advantage of the Vitamix Trade-in program. First, you must purchase a regularly priced new full size or reconditioned machine directly from Vitamix by calling 1-800-848-2649.

Vitamix Trade-in Facts:

  • Offer is only valid in the U.S. and Canada
  • You must purchase your new full size machine directly from Vitamix to receive a trade-in refund credit
  • Outside of free shipping, no other promotions or discounts apply
  • All household countertop blenders accepted for trade-in
  • Machines being traded-in MUST be sent directly to Vitamix
  • Machines sent to Vitamix for trade-in credit cannot be returned
  • Credit is issued to the customer after Vitamix receives the old machine
  • Credit for all trade-ins will be issued in the same form of payment the customer used to purchase their new machine
  • This promotion is not valid for commercial customers, dealers, distributors, or affiliates
  • The trade-in option is applicable within 90 days from the date of purchase of your new machine
  • Refund will be issued in the same manner of payment used to purchase your new machine
  • Trade-in credit cannot be applied to purchases older than 90 days
  • Only one trade-in is accepted for each new machine purchased

Follow the instructions indicated on your Trade-in Voucher to send your old machine to the appropriate address below. Please contact a Vitamix sales consultant for a Return Authorization number and the appropriate shipping address.
