Winter Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (430 g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 can (410 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) prosecco or other sparkling wine [or sparkling water]

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Cocktail Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45–55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
