Warm Pumpkin Latte
A healthier version of our original Pumpkin Latte, this recipe uses nut milk and dates while still delivering classic fall flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) cashew milk
- ½ cup (120 ml) double strength coffee, hot
- 5 dates pitted
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice, Vitamix recipe
- 3½ Tablespoon (50 g) pumpkin
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 45 seconds.
Chef's Notes
This latte is a little thicker than a coffee shop alternative and only contains added sugar from whole food ingredients!
