Vegan Vanilla Shake [Vitamix ONE]
Get your ice cream fix without having the dairy. The combniation of almond yogurt, banana, cashews and ice help to make this creamy vegan treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) vanilla almond yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) maple syrup
- ¼ cup (35 g) raw cashews
- 1 (115 g) banana, peeled
- 2½ cup (325 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25 -30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
