Vegan Turkish Coffee Milkshake
This non-dairy treat is sure to give all the feels of a traditional milkshake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) vanilla almond yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup [or 3 pitted dates]
- ¼ cup (35 g) cashews
- 1 (100 g) banana, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons (15 g) Turkish instant coffee
- 2 ½ cups (325 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frappé Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 9. Blend for 40 seconds.
