Vegan Turkish Coffee Milkshake

Turkish Coffee Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 g) vanilla almond yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup [or 3 pitted dates]
  • ¼ cup (35 g) cashews
  • 1 (100 g) banana, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons (15 g) Turkish instant coffee
  • 2 ½ cups (325 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frappé Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 9. Blend for 40 seconds.
