Vegan Truffles
With just a few simple ingredients, these guilt-free vegan truffles are the perfect addition to any dessert spread.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) soy milk
- 1 cup (140 g) almonds
- ¾ (130 ) dates
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) agave nectar
- 1 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) cocoa powder
- ¼ cup (40 g) coco wheats
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Consistency should be thick like dough. If too thick, adjust by adding more milk.
- Form into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and freeze.
