Strawberry Mango Coconut Sorbet

This dessert transports you to the islands with its delicious tropical flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) light coconut milk
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries
  • 2 ¾ cups (400 g) frozen mango chunks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  3. In about 30 to 60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
