S’mores Popsicle

Just like the campfire classic, this frozen yogurt popsicle is made with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.

S'mores Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (330 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (480 ml) plain dairy free yogurt, or plain yogurt
  • mini Tablespoon
  • ½ cup (75 g) graham crackers, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Microwave chocolate on high heat for two minutes. Place yogurt and melted chocolate into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  3. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Place marshmallows on prepared sheet tray and roasted for 3 minutes. Let cool.
  5. To assemble Popsicles: Fill Popsicle molds half-way with chocolate mixture. (Remaining chocolate will be used at the end of the recipe.) Place 4 marshmallows on top and divide graham cracker crumbs evenly between the cups. Pour remaining chocolate on top and freeze.
