Restore Smoothie

Restore Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) water
  • 1 (135 g) granny smith apple, halved, seeded
  • 2 cups (50 g) baby spinach
  • 2 cups (35 g) kale
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 piece (8 g) fresh ginger root, unpeeled, washed
  • 5 cilantro stalks
  • 1 slice lime, 1 1/4", with rind
  • 2 cups (275 g) frozen pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

  • If a thinner juice consistency is desired, simply use fresh pineapple instead of frozen.
