Raspberry Whipped Cream

Whipped cream in the Vitamix Aer Disc container is surprisingly quick and effortless. With or without raspberries, its the perfect addition to a range of desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (700 ml) heavy cream, cold
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) Date Syrup [or or sweetener of choice]
  • 1 cup (130 g) fresh raspberries
  • 2 dashes vanilla extract, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Whip Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades

Chef's Notes

  • Raspberries can easily be left out of this recipe for a more traditional whipped cream. Alternatively, other soft berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.) can be added for a different version of this recipe.
