Ponche de Frutas
This fruit punch is traditionally made at Christmas, and can be served warm. We have made a whole fruit version, but for a thinner style, feel free to strain it.

Ingredients
- 2 Large oranges, peeled
- 1 lemon peeled, halved
- 1 apple cored and cut into 8 pieces
- ½ pineapple peeled, cubed
- ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
- ½ cup (85 g) grapes
- 1 plum pitted and sliced
- 1 cup (240 ml) iced black tea
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed, and secure the lid.
- Select the dips and spreads setting and start the machine (or select variable 1 and start the machine, quickly moving up to variable 10- blend for 1 minute.) Allow program to run to completion.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
