PB & J Energy Balls

Enjoy this fun twist on energy bites with a sweet and salty flavor combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (145 g) peanuts, roasted, unsalted
  • 1 cup (140 g) raw almonds
  • 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats (or gluten free, if desired)
  • 2 cups (260 g) raisins
  • 6 (85 g) medjool dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the multi-use blade and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine and let it run for 1 minutes and 30 seconds, or set timer and allow machine to complete programmed cycle.
  3. Roll into 1/2 oz (15g) balls and chill before serving. Store in an airtight container under refrigeration.
